The 19th IEEE International Conference on Control & Automation (IEEE ICCA 2025) will be held Tuesday through Friday, June 30~July 3, 2025, in Tallinn, Estonia. The conference is jointly organized by IEEE Singapore Control Systems Chapter, IEEE Estonia Section, and Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics, technically co-sponsored by IEEE Control Systems Society and the Technical Committee on Control Theory (TCCT), Chinese Association of Automation. It aims to create a forum for scientists and practising engineers throughout the world to present the latest research findings and ideas in the areas of control and automation, and possible contributions toward sustainable development and environment preservation. The conference is featured with Best Paper Award and Best Student Paper Award.

Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is a charming city on the northern coast of the country, facing the Gulf of Finland. Known for its well-preserved medieval architecture, Tallinn's Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring cobblestone streets, ancient city walls, and historical landmarks. The city seamlessly blends its rich history with modernity, offering a vibrant cultural scene, innovative tech industry, and a high standard of living. As a major Baltic Sea port, Tallinn also serves as a hub for tourism and commerce in the region.

IEEE ICCA Proceedings are to be included in EI Compendex and IEEE Xplore.
