Author Infomation

Submission and Registration Policies

All papers submitted to the IEEE ICCA 2025 must be composed in English and follow the standard IEEE 2-column format. The submission portal will be accessible from January 2025. Submissions intended for review should not exceed eight (8) pages in length. The conference’s Technical Program Committee will oversee the acceptance process and will not accept submissions exceeding the page limit.

For inclusion in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper is constrained to six (6) pages, with the provision to extend up to eight (8) pages subject to additional page charges. Presenting the paper at the conference is a requirement for publication, and at least one of the authors must commit to attend and present.

In circumstances where the designated presenter is unable to attend, they must ensure the presentation is covered by a qualified individual. Registration is mandatory for uploading the final manuscript; student registrants may upload one paper, while regular registrants may upload up to three papers. Any additional submissions may incur extra fees.

To uphold academic integrity, all submissions will be scrutinized for originality and checked for any overlap with previously published content using the iThenticate tool. The Technical Program Committee will consider the results during the evaluation. Ethical breaches, if any, will be investigated thoroughly by a dedicated committee.

For more information on submission guidelines, formatting requirements, and to submit your manuscript, please visit the PaperCept submission site. We look forward to your contributions and active participation in making IEEE ICCA 2025 a hub of innovation and knowledge exchange.

Large Language Model (LLM) Policy

Please note that manuscripts generated by large-scale language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT are prohibited as submissions to ICCA 2025. We will allow papers for which LLMs are used for light-editing of the authors' original text, such as for spelling and grammar corrections.

When submission, the authors will be asked to confirm/certify that their submission represents the personal writing of and preparation by the authors, and was not generated by any large-scale language model, such as ChatGPT or similar.
